Choose your Username. For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

I ask You to comfort and strengthen Ali, Kenz, Madi and all of our family while Luke is there. Thank you for allowing me a couple minutes to talk to Allen in Diego Garcia on Skype. I pray that we can work out the bugs and get it to work so that we can actually talk to each other and not just instant message. I feel like I am so incompetent Lord at being able to figure out how to use the Skype network, please help me to learn it so I can talk to Allen. I pray too that You will protect Allen in Diego Garcia and help him to communicate with Jessica as well. Lord, I ask for Your strength and wisdom for me to deal with my new job and allow me to have the strength and endurance to do all the cleaning that I need to do. Thank you, Lord. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

Dear God, we pray that You would stretch out Your mighty hand and fix this oil spill in the Gulf. Grant wisdom to the men and women striving to stop this catastrophic spill. Have mercy on the living creatures Your hand designed. Above all, seize the glory as You answer our prayers.
