I pray that God will use Frieda and Levi mightly in Kristina's family life and that through Frieda they will be comforted and know Gods love for them. I will also pray that Frieda will be a wealth of knowledge and support for Kristina and her son andthat Frieda be prompted and used by the Holy Spirit that the right words would come to her at the right time. I pray that if they don't know the Lord, that he will use Frieda and Levi as a vessel to bring them to Him.
I ask Lord that you would heal Kristina's son quickly and completely. I plead healing the blood of Jesus over him. Lord lonce again let this be a might testimony of your love and power just as it was with Levi.
In Jesus mighty, powerful and healing name!! AMEN

My Dear Prayer Partners
I felt the power of each of you as I sat with my Mom in the nursing home. We read the Bible, we prayed and mostly we held hands. She is cold, in discomfort, and losing her appetite daily. For 3 wonderful days I've held her 88 year old hands. What a gift of God.
We have started the proceedings to have her placed with hospice. She is so ready to join her Heavenly family.
Please pray for her comfort.
Thank you all--what a blessing you are!

Oh Hobbitt's Mom, your prayer has me in tears, no matter how often is has been said.
Today I ask for comfort with my brother and me as we make life decisions about my mom's heath. She is in a temporary fix, and we are discussing hospice. Mom is not able to withstand surgery and at 88, she does not want it. We support her fully in her decisions and care.
Friday I will drive out to see her again after she is transferred from the hospital to a nursing care bed while we make our arrangements. It is possible she will remain in the nursing home for a while unless the infection rises badly again.
We are at peace with our Lord and will abide by HIS time line.
May God bless all my prayer friends as we all support one another.

GOD, HELP US TO BE OPEN to new ideas, daring to err on the side of idealism rather than settling for entanglement in the practicalities of expedience. Forgive our idolatry in insisting on our particular way as the only way. Whatever our differences, help us to express them with charity, from a perspective always tilted toward the needy. Amen.

GOD, LET US COUNT the ways you never leave us. Your Light of Day greeted us this morning. The smell of life filled our nostrils with the crisp, chilly air of a new day. The melody of gently crackling leaves whispered your love in our ears. These are among the Good Morning gifts we thank you for. You have given us another day in your Precious Presence.

Come what may this day: angry traffic, angry words, paved roads, paved ways, we will praise your Holy Name! And so we greet you this day with shouts of joy and thanksgiving. Amen.

Dear Lord
Please be with those who feel distanced not only by miles but by relationships. If their family is unable to write due to something such as language barriers, please be with them and help them find an interpretor. If it is from strained relationships, help them find the courage to swallow their fears or heavy hearts and come back into their love. If it is from fear of the unknown and the possibilities, help them find the strength of eagles wings.
Whatever the circumstances, be with the recruits, the sailors and their families.
In Jesus Name, Amen.
