A young man wrote his mom and told her about a boy that gets no mail AT ALL in bootcamp. On top of that, the guys make fun of him.

Thought you guys might want to know...

Eternal God and maker of our lives,
Thank you for the wonderful prayers and prayer warriors you have given us. Please be with every keystroke as we pour our hearts out. Watch over us as we support each other. And continue to be gracious.
Please be with my friend, Marti, whose mother just died this morning. She was ready to be received. Help support Marti through her mixed emotions of love, relief and caring.
We ask these things in your name, Amen.

Dear Lord
Please open the channels of communication with Pamela and Chris. Help him find a way to contact those he loves to let them know he is safe. Protect him while he is attached to the Army and watch over all his group of soldiers and sailors.
Watch over Pamela as she struggles to learn this new way of life that many others are experiencing or may soon do so.
In Jesus name, Amen

Dear Lord
I come to you in need of comfort. This afternoon I learned that a friend whom I has just seen last night had a massive brain bleed this morning. Just minutes ago at a prayer group at church, we received the call that she has been received into your loving arms tonight. Please rejoice with Martha as she joins you in your heavenly home. Be with those of us left behind until such time as we shall meet again.
Martha was a beautiful woman of God. She loved your letters in the Bible. Just last week at study we talked about how you open up our channels to make prayer possible. She brought such insight into our group and will be missed very much.
Please be with her family as they prepare to memorialize their loved one.
In Jesus name we pray
Amen.

Eternal God
We ask for your prayers of healing for DMac and his TR shipmates. Please help them stay hydrated and healthy. Keep them all in your arms and lift them up and away from the stomach bug that many are feeling right now. Freshen the air that they breathe so they may further work for our country and for you.
Cleanse their minds and bodies of whatever is ailing them.
We so want our military to be ready and willing to serve you.
In Jesus Name we pray, Amen.

Please watch over one of our N4M Moms who is struggling with her move to a new home. Hold her in your arms and help her through the very real and frustrating times she is experiencing.
In Jesus Name, Amen.

Many of you may know of our adopt a sailor program that we host each month adopting sailors in various rates and countries. For the holiday season we would love to get your help.

We are going to adopt our first US Navy ship, the USS Rodney M. Davis has about 250 sailors that will be deployed for the holidays and we would love to show them our holiday spirit and load them up with cards, letters, drawings, etc. showing our support and holiday wishes.

If you would like to know more, please stop by Molly's Adopt A Sailor group for details or shoot us a message. Thank you.

Tracy--you will be in our N4M prayers.
Dearest Lord
Please watch over Tracy's sailor. Keep him safe and well. Let him know that even though he is sick, we pray that he is able to do well on LLD and to stay with his class.
Please grant traveling mercies to Tracy, and watch over her as she travels in the upcoming weather situations that may arise. Be the sunshine on her shoulder.
And Lord, we know how much the mail means to our recruits and how the whoop and holler when mail call is for their name. Help them to share each others mail, pictures and jokes, as they bond together as a ship and start forming their teams toward battle stations.
We ask this in your holy name, Amen
