Choose your Username. For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

I may have posted this once before but it fell out of my Bible this morning and encouraged me again, so I wanted to share with all of you. Praise God! He is never out of range. Never turned off or tuned out! His ears are never deaf! He is always available , accessible and attentive to our call!
I sought the Lord, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears. Psalm 34:4
But I trust in you, O Lord; I say, “You are my God.” My times are in your hands; deliver me from my enemies and from those who pursue me. Psalm 31:14–15
Lord, I’m so glad I can count on you today and everyday. You know what I’m (we're) going through better than anyone, and I know you’re committed to seeing me(us) through it. Deliver us from all our fears, real and unreal. Strengthen us to stand tall and say. He is my God. and to live a life that says, I am His. Thank you Father for your faithfulness and Love. Through Christ Your Son we've been saved, Amen
