I pray in Jesus name for our sailors that are deployed on ships that You Lord would send Your angels about them to protect and keep them, For Lord we know that safety is of You Lord. I thank You for that promise( Proverbs.21:31) And Lord as they do their duties at sea that they will see Your works and wonders in the deep O Lord.(Psalm 107:23,24) May they always lift up their eyes unto the hills, knowing their help comes from the Lord that made heaven and earth. That You never sleep or slumber.(Psalm 121:1,2,4). Thank You Lord for what You have done, are doing right now and will do in Jesus name with all thanks praise and honor and glory to You.

will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you and watch over you. - Psalm 32:8

But the Lord is faithful and will give you strength and will protect you from the Evil One.

JJ-Joyce, our son also went through Goose Creek. That's been 8 years ago. Foster Creek Villas are former base housing, and available to rent if you go to visit. they have small kitchen, washer/dryer, and extremely affordable. Then, if your sailor has "phased up" they can spend the night, too. We fed lots of his crew the 3 times we were there on our school breaks

Sorry JJ, my daughter was in 9 years and is now in limbo She's 37 weeks pregnant.  My sIL is also Navy and has been in 10 years. So much as changed in BC and schools.  There should be a BC group that might help.  I will keep you and your son in my Prayers.

The Law came in so that the transgression would increase; but where sin increased, grace abounded all the more For as through the one man’s disobedience the many were made sinners, even so through the obedience of the One the many will be made righteous

Romans 5:19 (NASB)

I will bless the LORD at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth.

Psalm 34:1 (NASB)

[Jesus said,] “Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy.”- Matthew 5:7

“Thank you, Lord, for the many mercies you extend to me each day. Help me to bless others with the same kind of merciful kindness.”
