NNM, I'm praying for you and your daughter - that you'll have the right words, or no words as needed & that God will comfort and heal your daughter's broken heart. I've been down that road with my youngest son and it does take time.
BugsMom, I'll continue to pray for your nephew, Matt. May he experience a complete and total healing that only God can supply.

It is so hard to tell someone you love that it is ok if they are ready to leave their earthly body. If you have not yet read 90 Minutes in Heaven, it can change your perspective on joining those who brought you to Christ up in Heaven. Take care proud Navy NYPD Mom. I have been in your shoes.

NNM - broken hearts seem to heal so very slowly. I'll be praying for your dgt and for you to have the words to say when needed and the wisdom of knowing when that hug and a little silence is right. I also pray that you are lead to the job you need so much, may it be soon and close enough so that you can be with your family. God bless you!

I got an update on my nephew, Matt. He is back home again and is "200% better". Thank you all for your continued support and prayers. He is a very strong young man and his spirits continue to be up as he jumps over each hurdle that comes his way. God lifts him over each and every one of them and then sets him gently back down. Thanks again and may God bless you all today!

Good Morning. Praying for Zach's family and friends, may they find the peace and comfort they need. Proud Navy/NYPD Mom, I pray that the Lord will give you the strength and words you need to speak to your Dad today. This must be such a difficult time for you, may God bless you and comfort you as you walk with Him. Lord, Proud Navy/NYPD Mom needs you so much today to stand with her, to guide her as she finds the strength to talk to her Dad, give her the words she needs and help her Dad to hear them with the love intended. May they both find peace and comfort Lord, in this, such a difficult time in their lives. May she know, especially today, that You are with her, hold her tight and comfort her heart and soul Lord. In Jesus name, Amen.

Hello ladies! I would like to ask for prayer for my Dad. He is slipping into a depression of sorts since receiving the news last week that there is nothing more that can be done re: his pancreatic cancer. I saw him yesterday, he seems to be looking for permission to let go and stop fighting. He caught me by surprise and I let him down by not telling him it was ok to go home to Jesus and that we would be fine. Lord, I need strength to talk to him today! No one else will, Father, and I sense so strongly that I need to tell him what he is asking to hear. Oh, dear Jesus, I miss him so badly already, but I don't want him to suffer. Please Father God, help me today. In Jesus' holy name, Amen

Cherly, you rminded me of a prayer we should be posting. And, that is for Vacation Bible Schools and church work camps.
Eternal God, many of us are sending our young children to learn more about you and how to be compassionate. Please open up their hearts and souls to your word. May they accept you as their saviour. And please keep them safe. And let them have fun!
Amen

Judi, I was sorry to hear about Zach. I'm so glad that he is in our Savior's loving arms, healed, whole and pain free. What a blessing we have in knowing this isn't the end and that someday his family and loved ones will see him again. And, I'll get to meet him - we all will as we've prayed for him. I will pray for his family also.
