For you are all children of God through faith in Christ Jesus.” Galatians 3:26 (NLT)

Isaiah 43:1, “But now, O Jacob, listen to the LORD who created you. O Israel, the one who formed you says, ‘Do not be afraid, for I have ransomed you. I have called you by name; you are mine.’” (NLT)

Dear Father, thank You for calling me by name and making me Yours.  Help me to place my full confidence in Christ and live as a treasured child of God, confident and cherished, forgiven and free. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Good morning all - may the peace and grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be upon you today.    Navymom2 and Blondie I pray and hope your families are out of the path of the storm. Continueiing prayers for them and all affected by the storm. Where 2 or 3 are gathered together in prayer God is in the midst of us. We may not physically be together but we are on the Navy Prayer Wall . Let us continue to lift up those affected by the storm and our salilors knowing God is in the midst of us hearing us and near to us and our sailors and families. May you know God's presence with you today.

In agreement with all prayers. Yesterday in reading in 2 different devotionals that was so fitting for all of us concerning this storm-it really touched and comforted my heart. " God is most present visible when things are at their worst, in the worst of times"  Peace for all of us moms. Thank you Lord for being with us in the midst of the difficult time right now and not only be with our sailors and military but with all the people affected by this. In Jesus name we thank You for Your faithfulness to us.

Blondie: the word this morning is that they are fine as the hurricane is moving south. They are no longer in the direct path. Evacuation standbys are still in place not cancelled as some areas are prone to flooding. On Monday, they were prepared to drive their personal vehicle to Tennessee (her parents)  but have now changed their minds. They want to stay. I gently reminded them that we can replace things but not them. They hesitantly agreed to leave tomorrow if need be but are staying put for now.

My morning reading: Psalm 29:10,11 "The LORD sat enthroned at the Flood, And the LORD sits as King forever, The LORD will give strength to His people; the LORD will bless His people with peace."

Prayer Warrior Mamas - Thank you. Pls keep praying for everyone and don't get tired. Our GOD is faithful. Our trust is in HIM...  love you all.

“Don’t you see how wonderfully kind, tolerant, and patient God is with you? Does this mean nothing to you? Can’t you see that his kindness is intended to turn you from your sin?” Romans 2:4 (NLT)

Psalm 31:9, “Have mercy on me, LORD, for I am in distress. Tears blur my eyes. My body and soul are withering away.” (NLT)

Father, help my unbelief.  I KNOW you have this,  I know you are there with them, I know you are with me.... and You are in control.  It's our humanness Lord, we are weak and want to control and know. Father I know no matter what happens you will be here for us.  If it be Your Will please give me Peace.  I have never felt like this, like you're so far away, I know you are not and it is I who is making this gap wider, I just don't know how to stop worrying.  Thank you Father for all those who are concerned and all those who are Praying.  Thank you for the little relief I get. Not for just myself but for all those who are anxious and worried, ease are pain. If this is something I need to walk through please stay by my side and meet me on the other side so I can Thank You and Praise You for Your Faithfulness and Love. Through Christ Your Son, Amen.

Navymom2, any word from your son?  My daughter was still there yesterday, decided she'll be heading to PA (if she goes).

Father in Heaven. Your know our hearts. We know you have a plan, calm our fears let our Faith in You get us through. Amen
