Hello Everyone-- I am new to this group/site and very interested in getting involved with care packages and 'thinking of you" items for our sailors--I am not quite sure where to start! I see the Wellesly MA event on Nov 6 but have to work that day. Anything else planned? Our son is onboard CVN 73 USS George Washington--and what a summer patrol they have had! Tons of sights and ports and all the work they did too! Thank you for having this group!

Hi NYPD mom, would love to join in on the packing party, but that weekend is our 40th wedding anniversary and we will be away for the weekend. You are right we have had trouble getting our R.I. moms together, with everyone's busy schedules! I will be sending a package to "molly's" adopted group, I usually just send them myself , since we have had so many obstacles to getting together!

Hi all! I'm a MA Navy Mom and I just wanted to invite anyone who lives near the NE border with us to join us for a holiday packing party. I know we have a problem in MA w/people who live in the western part of the state getting to things happening in the east. Perhaps you do too since you have that beautiful large bay. So 2 things - the holiday packing party is Nov. 6 at 1PM in Wellesley. We have wrapping paper donated so you'd only need to bring gift items and snack foods (of course) plus we are asking attendees to bring a snack to share during the party. And, 2nd what about forming a New England Navy Moms group? Something to kick around and see what happens. Thanks for your time.
