Trish, I bet it's difficult doing all that driving back and forth to Ct., we drive back and forth to West Warwick(where my mom lives) and it is tiring! I have almost 20,000 miles on my "new" car, I bought it in July with 3 miles on it!!!!
Will pray for good weather for the bride and groom, the old Italian ladies, would hang rosary beads outside on the clothesline (that's when everyone had them) the night before the wedding, I can remember my granma doing it for me, and I did it for Melissa!

Hi all, well, Trish, I was so excited to see the sun this morning, but when we came out of church it was gone!!! At least no snow this weekend! I just loved planning Melissa's wedding and being the mother of the bride. We used to go to Devil's Hopyard all the time, we lived in Connecticut when were young! My kids used to love to go picnic at Gilette Castle, and take the ferry across (for a nickel) it sounds like a great place to get married!
Jean, you are so right about grandchildren, I am just so in love with her, my heart just swells everytime I see her!!!
Sorry to hear about your arm, hope it gets better soon!
Hope we can all get together very soon!

Wow, Marianne, sounds like an awful Monday!!! Today we were spared here at the coast, just a dusting, but now they are saying some snow squalls tonight!!! I have friends in Miami that say it's like 32 degrees there, the only place that has been spared is Hawaii!!! Glad your mom is doing better. My mom was in the hospital last week w/congestive heart failure, but she is home and doing okay. My little Emerson keeps me smiling no matter what else is going on!!!

Hi all, I don't get on here much, but I check facebook every day. Marianne it is awful in South County, we really got slammed! We have 10 inches in my yard!!! Some areas are up to my knees! Couldn't even tell there was a step on my porch! I have had it now with snow!!!!! Glad your dad did well with his surgery. Trish, glad all the planning is going well, I so enjoyed being mother of the bride, and doing all that went with it!
Have a great day!!!!

Hi All, sorry I haven't been on since the night I asked for help for Marc. He arrived in Mississippi the next day. He was held up in Atlanta due to thunderstorms, he had missed his connection because the plane was delayed 3 hours in R.I.(don't know why??) He will be in Mississippi for the next month.
Everything with our new addition, Emerson Kimberly, is great!!! We are loving being grandparents, can't get enough of her! And in case you haven't already heard she and I have the same hair-do(except she has more and thicker hair than me :)
Looking forward to getting together soon!

Hi R.I. anyone know anyone in Atlanta near the airport? Marc is stuck in the airport in Atlanta overnight. Poor kid left for the Airport at 10A.M. was delayed at Greene for 3 hours, just called that he has finally landed in Atlanta, but no flights until tomorrow morning. It will be a long night for him!
