OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Hi Alicia, That's what we are all here for to listen (at least), sorry for all you are going through, you will be in my thoughts and prayers.
I also hope the economy gets better, I see those homeless people and think "there but for the grace of God go I"!
Marc also went through the experience of losing a "ship mate" when he was in Iraq a young Marine in their group committed suicide, it took a toll on all those around him.
Glad to hear ghost is recuperating!

Jean, will be looking forward to getting together. Enjoy your trip and visit with your "Chief"!!

Hi Trish, does Heather go to the doctor at "Bayside" ? I went for an interview there but never heard anything!
There is a dedication ceremony at the Seabee Museum of the memorial for the Gulf wars, it is at 9AM, Anthony and I are going. We have been to visit the museum a couple of times and we joined "the Museum Assoc", so I get info when something is going on!
Jean I agree with Trish throw the GPS off the bridge!! I am happy you are not calling it "Lola" anymore!!! See you tomorrow.
