Hi Marianne, I don't know, but it is some kind of virus that just hangs on! Kimmy has not been herself for almost a week, and today she doesn't want to come for dinner (Sunday tradition), so we are going to stop by and visit her, I am a little worried, since 2 years ago she ended up with pneumonia and a dvt, and things were really touch and go, she was in an induced coma for a week!
I can not wait for summer!!!! Have you heard from Cheryl? Last time I heard from her she was kind of down.

Thanks Trish, we are keeping our fingers crossed too! Glad to hear everyone had a great Valentines day!
We had a great valentines day , we went to Captain Jacks with our best friends for dinner Sat. Night, and then back to our house for desert and a card game(the four of us are addicted to a card game called "spite and malice")
I made chocolate covered strawberries, and Anthony did some Italian cream pastries, of course plenty of wine and candy!!! Probably will have candy left until next Valentines day!!
Hope we can get together soon.

Everything is ok here. My mom is staying with us to recuperate, she is doing better. Marc e-mailed me that he "could" be in R.I. by the end of April! But, I am being cautiously excited,"cause he said things could change.
Cheryl. was that you I heard not being quiet outside?
Trish, good news!

Saturday will be quite a day - we have SEVEN events scheduled across the country with our Navy Moms.

Rhode Island,
Georgia
Tucson, Arizona
Texas...again!!! LOL
New Jersey
East Washington
Idaho

Of course we have a gathering in Great Lakes on Thursday as well to celebrate our newest group of Sailors!
Be sure to check the "Event" schedule for your state, if you don't see one planned...turn on the coffee and invite a new friend - there seems to be a Navy Mom every where now!
