Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed.  Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.

**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.

**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:

In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

Hey Mimi I expect you to come to a game with me and your dad too of course!!!
Us sick Cub fans have to stick together!!! I plan on staying in this group just to
see what trouble is going on in Meridian. Jas told meI am on a need to basis
about Meridian!!! :) When he went outside last night at the airport he said "its
frickin clod here!!! " I said welcome to Chicago!! He looks good and is glad
to be home despite the cold weather. They have to buy their patches????

Jason is on his way home tomorrow. YAY!!! I am surprised he is leaving Meridian already. Home for 14 days before shipping to Lemoore. I am sad in a way he is leaving Meridian.. I love this group such a source of knowledge you all are!!! Everyone has been so helpful. Couldn't have made it thru without you guys!!!! Prayers for a safe trip for all the Sailors traveling tomorrow!!!

I had the sign up when Jas got home from BC for the day!!! All the neighbors
who didn't know he was in the Navy sure knew then!! :) Some called to say
wow that was a fast 9 weeks. I told them yeah for you, not for me or Jason!!!
Will hopefully have up again soon... looking forward to him coming home before he ships to Ca I can't wait!!!

Mimi, We are sucking up the field lately fer sure!! Its only spring training
after all... :) I called my daughter at school one day during the Cubs-Sox
series and I hear all this screaming. I said what the heck is going on, The
whole floor was in her dorm room watchin the game and the sox jsut scored. BOO! I We ahve 4 tickets for July 28th if your up this way c'mon with!!!

Well its official Jason got written orders for Lemoore!! He is happy . ok Peggy give me your story I am dying to hear it now!!! I have been wearing a red shirt since Jas has been in BC had read that when I first got on N4M's. I have about 20% of my co-workers doing it now too!! :) One Friday I didn't wear red and THEY
were giving me grief bout not wearing red. Angelika I got the chills when I read what you put on the sign that is AWESOME !! I am proud of all our service men
and women and I will support them any way I can!!!

I wish I was going to grad even if it is a litttle ceremony. I will wear my Navy
shirt to work and support him that way!!! Will see what my boss says when
I waer it, not very supportive of the military at work!!! They denied an army
time off to go see her son graduate medic school!! Shes going any way...GOOD FOR HER!!! Thanks Mimi for the info bout the web site I will check into that. Congrats to all who have someone graduating this week!! Here is the laugh for the day..... Got jason's keel yesterday in the mail. They have his name
wrong!! Put his name as the boy next to him and that kid is now him!! :) Guess
I now have 2 sailors. My husband said what happens if God forbid he gets hurt
will they get his name right????? I never thought bout that!! :)

Did yours just stay at Meridian for the 3 weeks before he got to come home??
Where is he now??? I am wondering how soon before they know if they get leave after grad??? Glad yours will be starting classes!

I just heard from Jason he was done with classes yesterday too. Same thing as
Hans PFM on Monday grad on Wed. Does anyone know if there is a grad. ceremony?? Jason's orders cahnged he is headed to Lemoore NAS instead of PA. How long after graduation before they can come home??? Kim want me to pick you up on my way down to Meridian for grad??:)Jason is an SK I am wondereing if the graduate everyone together?? Japan is so far away, think of the wonderful things he will see, I m jealous.
