Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed.  Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.

**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.

**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:

In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

our son told us today hes going to naples too from 4 yrs in japan a reup hi all

we were surpised we never got to go see him in japan the 4 yrs. he has been there. so we my have a few months to hopfully save for me ,my husband and our 13 yr old son to visit this time were praying its sad we didn't get to see him work on the ship . im deb s japan mom

I understand how you feel :)  My son has been in Naples since April 2012 and I was hoping to be able to take a trip to Italy to see him, but it doesn't look like it is going to happen since he is trying to come home on leave this summer and will just be there until April 2014.  Oh well, maybe I will get to travel to his next duty station.  I can't believe it's been over a year since I've seen him!

hi it looks like his fiancé may call it quits after 2 yrs as long as he was in japan n could visit she was ok but he wanted her w him traveling he wants to show her to world she dosent want to leave japan he may b coming w a broken heart hes at sea we cant find out how he is right now urgh

Big time WRONG! She married our son !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we met her this last Christmas she is amazing and so beautiful. She and I cumunicated fine, I you want to talk to someone you can get it done no matter your differences :)

 

Hi everyone deb s japan here. Been a long while since ive been on. Our sailor is now settled their in Italy. Has an apt he shares too. And he is in the process of bringing his newly japanense wife our new daughter in law Riena over from Owakaina hope soon. They were married in the us in dec 2014 and was denied her to stay in Italy till all papers were done well doing it all right shes still not sharing life with her new husband. He did go see her after 5 months he saved enough money to visit her. Sadly she still didn't get to go back to Italy yet. hugs hope everyone is doing well I will try to get on more often .
