Wow... I can't wait to have time to play with my Cricut some more! You all have inspired me to 'step up my game'... Here are my first attempts!

Barbara... would love to have a Cricut play date!!! I attempted some simple cards over the weekend. Figured I needed more to send to the Molly's adopt a sailor project. My son was laughing at my first attempts... I have to agree some were really grim and found their way to the recycle bin... But practice did help...

Jackie... can't wait to meet you also! One the moms coming into town get an idea of their schedule we are hoping to invite some of the WA moms to dinner with all of you!

Hey Jackie... our weather changes... best to dress in layers. It is warm during the day, but cools off at night... You will see locals with shorts, tshirts and a sweatshirt all the time! Of course compared to Florida you better bring something warm for sure!

I take a lot of pictures! So it is really worth having them store them... my cd's are just a backup.

I do pay with a credit card... I actually prepay to bring the price down. Shipping was $2.99 on my last order of 150 pictures with a couple of 5 x 7's... One thing I love is that they give free offers all the time. Right now it is free shipping on picture orders of more than 30... and a discount on photo books. They also have notecards, mugs, tshirts, etc...

A couple of months ago my son ordered a photo book for his girlfriend. It was a free offer... Kind of like a scrapbook but all printed. He chose the background colors, how many pictures per page, captions, etc. I have also gotten free posters and mugs... all offers to try a new product.

I used Shutterfly... love it! Of course I have all my pictures saved on cd's also. I can order from shutterfly and have the pictures in my mailbox in a matter of three days! I buy one of the 'bulk' plans they have so I can order at the cheapest rate. My sons have the password so they can add pictures also.

Other part I love is that you can set up a page for family or friends to look at pictures. I have one set up for family and one for scouting friends. Then they can see the pictures that they are in and not have to sort through the others.
