ProudMomofNavyGirls, that is where my son went for A school and just finished his K-9 Dog Handler school there today. He graduated today at 11 a.m./ct. I am so PROUD!!! He was just recently stationed in Virginia Beach, VA for 2 years until Feb, 2010. Hope your daughter enjoys San Antonio as much as Allen did.

Welcome to N4M's, ProudMomofNavyGirls!

Welcome Moniica. My son, Allen is in San Antonio right now in dog handler training school. He was in A-school there 2 yrs ago for Master-at-Arms training. Then he is going to Diego Garcia for a year in May. Good luck to you & your son!

I am also very proud of all our military for their part in helping those in Haiti. My SIL, Luke is in the AF and his team has already taken supplies there and brought back 60 people. They aren't sure when they are going home because they may be going non-stop back til the AF says their mission is done. Praying for all!

God bless Justin, all our securtiy sailors and the team on the Vinson. They have a very heavy load to deal with. Let' s pray for all the rescue teams that are arriving in Haiti. It must be heart wrenching. Keep the faith

I totally agree with you Irene! I pray daily for the safety and security for our sailors. It warms my heart and makes me so proud to see my son doing this! I know that he will return a better person (not that he was bad)... LOL I salute our kids as well! And I THANK them, every time I see one in my community (grocery store, mall, etc), for their service to our country, and for keeping us safe and secure here at home. They ARE the best!! God Bless them all. Chaly

I wish our Sailors the best all the time-but seeing them being used in the time of Humanity. It makes me proud. Just think in many cases this is the first time that our kids are really going to use their training at hand. It just has to warm your hearts. I salute our Kids.Their the best.
