Ok ladies, kind of a dumb question. I bought a shirt that says " I love my soldier" then after I got home, I wondered are soldier and sailor considered the same when it's on a t-shirt?? Any ideas??

WhiteClay -- Thanks very much for collecting all the pics I sent to you earlier.  It sure has helped, as the email address I was sending them from will only allow me to send about 3 pics at a time!  A little challenging as my Sailor (sounds so nice to be able to call her a Sailor now!) was looking at me as if to say, "Are you ever going to get off that computer today?!"  ;o)  Needless to say, was had a fantastic day!  I'm looking forward to my time with her tomorrow, however, it will be bittersweet with having to say good-bye once again for another couple of months!

Hello all you wonderful Div 913 families! ;o)  I was able to get quite a few pictures.  I tried to take some close ups from each group ... did pretty well considering some mishaps with one of my cameras, a new memory card not reading properly, and the wrong tripod for my other camera!  A comedy of errors to say the least, but nothing got me down that day!!!  My daughter said that there were a trumpet player and a flute player who were in a different "900" division than hers.  Does anyone here have a SR who plays either of these instruments?  I have pictures of the choir as well, and the rifles and sabres.  Send me a friend request in order to send me a private message.  I will do my very best to get those pictures to you!  Hang in there!  You (and your SRs!) are almost there!  ;o)  HOOYAH!

Now that sounds fun!  Moms sneaking out of their hotels to meet at the Wal-Mart! Just stay in groups and don't talk to strangers...oh, wait, we ARE strangers!  haha..can't wait to meet everyone!

Maria, you brought up a good point of boots and warm weather gear. Even though it is cold and snowy, I would suggest to save your money on boots. Dress in layers, but unless you are planning on sledding or shoveling, you will be fine with sturdy shoes and warm socks. All of the walkways will be shoveled. It will be less to carry on airplanes. If there is anything I can get for anyone that is too bulky for the plane let me know as we are driving up. (Please no big screen tv requests)! Or we can all do a midnight munchie run to the local Wal-mart!

Oh! The pics I mention below are NOT of rifle or band people.  If you want to see those message sherry directly. She's a member of our group, but has the Ship 2, Div 911 after her name.

I have 10 pics that Sherry from Div 911 sent me if anyone wants to see them. Send me a message with your email and I'll forward them to you!

I got an email from Sherry late last night that they didn't have wireless at their hotel, but she would try to send the pics to me by email from her phone.  Keep checking this site, because maybe Sherry or I can post them to our Div page. I'm so happy for you all that could see their kids! Made me tear up for you!  I'm happy just to print the parking passes and see their grad date moved up in the list! We're getting there! My son said they practice 4 hours on Sat for graduations, so should be feeling confident with the drill by the time we get there. Have a great weekend!
