Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

Glad everyone is doing well. Hope i could meet you all for lunch today, but i can't make it. We got our sailor's address from recuiter on fri, he left on monday. It was pretty close to the one that came on the form letter. Hope you all have a great weekend!

The most accurate address is the one that comes on the form letter.  I've heard the ones the recruiters have are wrong alot  of the time.

Happy Belated Birthday!!

Ginosmom and Valmom, Claudia is right, Hang in there! Our son left on Feb 7th his PIR is April 1. I know it is hard right now but time does go by fast. Not fast enough, but we (my husband, daughter and I) have ben keeping each other busy. It will take a bit to get your first letter, but then you look forward to them every week. From my son's letters he said the days go by very fast for him so, that seems to be a comfort to us also. If you have not already , so to the link on N4M that has the PIR dates and find your son's ship # and division # , i have beenon that and you get to talk to others that have kids in the same group as yours. Hope this helped you a little bit.
