Ellen, I just heard that the Enterprise is taking the Vinson's place. I think they do a  little "work" together before Vinson heads back. and some people on the Enterprise were on FB too.

Yes, nice picture

Thanks Sheila for yesterday..We had a good time.

Chrissy traffic isn't really bad in that area but I think there are some that are little closer. I'm trying to remember where we stayed. It wasn't far,big room with kitchen, snacks at night. and a breakfast.  It's been 3 years so it's hard to think but I will remember.

Hi Valtameri,

Yes he had a delay from 2/1 to 2/7 because of the weahter in Chicago. We got a call about 2am tues morning he got there ok. got his box of clothes on Friday. How sad that was, but we have sending cards and letters like mad, we got the form letter from him today about PIR etc. Do you know if the Radisson is far from the base? It sounds nice, but i don't want to be too far. I think it said 4 miles, but not sure how long that will take, considering traffic etc...His PIR is 4/1

Hi Amy27, welcome!

I don't know if there is anyone else here that has a recruit scheduled to graduate on that date, but Navy4Moms has a group for everything. See if this link will work:

Join PIR 3/25/11 Div 109-114 and 919

PIR = Pass in Review = graduation
