Praying for mail for everyone today! I sent my hubby self addressed stamped envelopes. All he had to do was put his return address on it and seal it! I read somewhere that is process faster at RTC. Not sure honestly!! The weather and all that can be a big factor! (Plus I go to church with my mail man so he's on the look out for those envelopes...lol)

So this week is Firefighting and gas training! How exciting! I know my hubby's biggest fear is dying by fire! So I wonder how he is taking it? LOL And they took their yearbook photos last week! They flagged test 2! Which was why they got their phone call! And he did extremely well on both test 1 and test 2! High scores! I'm so proud of him! In high school he hated attempting to accomplish anything academic until we met! LOL!! He also bragged about how much weight he lost! And he is loving the beatdowns! Says there great workouts!

As far as I know they have test 3, a final PFA, Captain's cup and Battle Stations! All within the next 2 weeks! How exciting for them! On top of all of that they have the PIR performance tomorrow and next Friday! I'll be scanning the RTC Facebook page tomorrow for pics! He told me exactly which flag he was, it might change! (Hopefully not b/c that means someone did not pass!)

He fear is that our daughter won't recognize him at PIR, but I know she will! She points at every picture and says "Da" lol! Sweetest thing ever! And he is ding for some of my mom's west indian food :) LOL something he has become very fond of over the years!

Only 14 days ladies!!! I'm getting pumped!! Anyone else? LOL!

hmm...I'm going to assume it's the 24th in the middle...lol

Tricia my son didn’t sound real sure about when BattleStations would take place, and the Saturday phone call was not correct…so BattleStations on Monday the 24th is probably correct, especially given that div 57 and 58 go on the 24th.

Tricia I want to send up prayers during BattleStations also. It would be nice to know when the exact day is so I can enlist prayer worriers from my church. Prayer is good anytime so praying both days isn't a problem.

Jill-really? UGH!!! Will they get the dates right? I'm going to go crazy over it! I've decided to dedicate that day and night to prayer and fasting. So I would like to keep it down to 1 day but if We don't get a uniformed answer looks like I'll be fasting for both days! I encourage all our ladies to spend those days doing this!

(And fasting does not necessarily mean food. We can fast this website for starters...lol or t.v. or something! And spend that extra sacrifice of time praying for our SR's!)
