This is definitely Thankful Thursday-thankful for my letter and thankful to know that my SR is doing great. He is the Recruit Chief Petty Officer (RCPO) for this division! That's a simple way for your SRs to tell if they 'know' him. Basically the assitant/liazon for the RDCs! I am SO proud of him. I can't wait to see him at PIR leading the division with a shiny sword : ) Glad everyone got a letter and warmed hearts.
Lucy Here's the definition. Seems kinda early to me at 1 week in to have this. Normally this happens later on.
ASMO: ASsignment Memorandum Orders. Mostly issued in boot camp to set a recruit back in training due to poor performance.
Darn I wish he was with my son. Thanks for sharing
Yaaay for all the ladies getting letters today!!! I just put my students on the bus and I'm tempted to rush home but I HAVE to get this room packed up for summer! I'll try to resist the urge. But you ladies receiving letters gives me something to look forward to this evening : ) Lucy-thanks for those kinds words and the prayer. That means SO much at a time like this. I'm about 99% sure in my decision.
