My sailor just started A school yesterday! He has been in FL for over 2 months. He said that A school will be 4 months, then who knows, but hopefully a trip home for a week or so.

Well, Happy Birthday Mickee! My sailor, Kevin asked for a bunch of snacks, so my husband went to Costco, and bought him all of his favorite stuff, and we put it all in a big box, and sent it off to him.He should have received it today. I can't wait to hear how he likes it.

Kevin met a girl too!!! I am not sure how I feel about it. I am happy that he is making friends, but.....

Is anybody else's sailor in Pensacola? I still think it is weird that he hasn't started school yet.

Hello all. My sailor still hasn't received word on when his A school is going to start. He isn't too bored. He joined the performance team on base, and that has helped keep his bordom at bay.

Thanks, I will. I appreciate that.

Thank you BHappy! I was noticing that the cruisebook wasn't checked off on our receipt either, but Kevin told me that he had ordered it. I was going to call in the morning. He didn't order the DVD, so I guess I still need to call.
