Yes, that was the whole thing, BHappy! We knew they could do this, but things do happen and kids get sent home for stuff and I got so nervous when I started reading that kids were going home for things and also about kids breaking their legs from falling on the ice, etc. I was a nervous wreck! Now, I feel like I can breathe and relax for a change. Yes, now there is this peace that has set in and it feels great not to have to worry so much right now! I think a mom never stops worrying about their kids but we feel relieved when we know our kids are safe, and also that they have completed a huge GOAL and they definitely have completed a HUGE goal by becoming a SAILOR!! Way to go 075!!!

Good Afternoon Proud Sailor Mom's!! I also slept better than I have in the last 2 months last night! I actually felt like I could relax after all this time! I felt relieved to hear my son say he passed and that he was a sailor! Now I can start packing and enjoy the trip to Chicago and also enjoy our cruise at the end of the month!

Congratulations to all new Sailors! I can't wait to see you all on Thursday!

Michael said that he was still sick, and he did cough some while on the phone. I can agree with you, Michael sounded really tired and I understand they have been through a lot and need some rest. I know he was excited though.

When Michael called he didn't just say " I am a Sailor"! He said Hey, what are you guys doing?! I laughed and said Michael... don't you have something to tell me?!? He said "Yeah" I said well I want to hear you say it! He said " I am a Sailor"! I made him say it twice!!

Michael said he would be calling back next week because he said they would have some free time. So, I guess I will ask him then where he will be!

We have gotten lots of letters, but only 2 real phone calls that we were able to talk from 45 min. to almost over an hour! Everything since then has been letters! Our last phone call from him was on New Years Eve!
