@surfermom - I have no nails left on my hands...they've all been bitten off. I can't think, eat, focus, or sleep.

@BobbieChris - Not sure if they post all the results. I've never seen that before, only the winning division number. It would be nice to know though. I bet our SR's were close.

DId they post the results of Captains cup besides the winner? It would be interesting to see what the kids scored in all areas. Thanks

@debbiel - How bad is the weather where you are? Here in DC, we're supposed to get about 3 inches tomorrow morning, which isn't bad.

@crmom - I don't think our SR's have Battlestations until tomorrow night. We probably won't get our call until sometime on Wednesday. I hope that those who will already be on the road or up in the air are able to get the call.

@crmom - if you live in NC, you may want to check to make sure flights are leaving.  I live in Wilmington, NC and they have already noticed that the airport will be closed again tomorrow.  So glad we are driving.

Do we know when the Battlestations will be finished?  I'll stay by my phone anyway, but I was just wondering about the time that it would be all over for them.

I know that they will be so glad when the last event is done and all they have to do is the PIR ceremony.  I'm soooooo excited to get to go to the graduation.  I'm not sure if we'll have any weather related delays with our flight, but we'll get there eventually.  I hope that everyone has a safe trip up. You'll probably get there safely if you follow behind Mossgirl4.  It sounds like she's going to clear the path way up there.  We'd follow her if we were driving.

Mossgirl, were coming from FL can we get behind you? LOL Leaving Florida tomorrow getting nervous about the weather. We want to take extra time getting there but we want to be there by friday am. Getting excited can't wait to meet all of you.
Comment by Mossgirl4 on January 9, 2011 at 9:35pm

Oh - we will have an extra seat too because we only have 3 in our group. I would imagine there should be plenty of room! I read somewhere this graduating class is on the small side and it shouldn't be a problem - don't know where I saw that.

Every tv station is predicting an onslaught of bad weather - snow, ice, power outages. We have a tendency to be very dramatic about our snow down south . See, I can say that because I'm a native North Carolinian. LOL!  Wild horses will not keep me from this! If I have to creep up the interstate at 25 mph, slipping and sliding and slamming into everything in my path, I will be there!!! You will recognize me by my banged up front bumper!!!  :)

@calebsmom1

I hope the extra seats will work out for you guys.  At least you can tell them that you're aware of the 2 extra seats and that this SR's family will gladly share it with yall.  If you want my SR's name to give them I'll send it to you in a message.  I try to be careful about what I post on this page because I don't know who's reading it or if I'm supposed to put his name here.  Drive carefully and I hope and pray that the weather holds out for everyone to travel there safely.  Does the Captains Cup keep them from graduating as a Hall of Fame Division?
