Ladies, Captains Cup is today. They normally post the results on the Navy RTC Facebook page. It will probably be up later this evening.

We are flying in late Thursday night. I have been panicked since we ordered tickets. I have 3 weather apps on my phone and all I do is check for up dates all day long. It is going to be a long week. I am going to have to find a way to put this all in God's hands, but I am such a meddlesome woman, that is very hard for me to do.

@Mossgirl - I just checked Great Lakes and it looks like snow there too. Oh boy...this could be a big travel mess for those flying or driving.

@BobbieChris - I'll inbox you my profile name for Facebook.

That is an awesome Idea about asking if everyone passed. I'm on Facebook how did you ladies find each other? I will have a laptop and 3 cell phones waiting for his call (mine, husband, GF). I will post if I hear anything. Let me know how to find everyone on FB.

Crmom... ok i'll just give you my kids and we can pretend their with you, lol!! Just kidding.  Well that's great to hear hopefully I don't have any problems.                     Pinkaboo.... thanks for the website, and yeah it was great to see you ladies on fb it never occurred to me to even check there.  Still no letter but no news is good news I hope.  Mossgirl... we also will be traveling but I told my husband we have to be in an area to get cell service from like 2pm-5pm.  Since we don't know who will get the first call I am going to ask my Sr if everyone passed in div 047, that way we will all be able to have some relief while waiting for our individual phone calls.  We should all do this??

@calebsmom1

My SR will only have 2 people at the PIR so shouldn't there be extra seating available?  My sister and I are the only two people that will be there for him, so maybe they will allow your kids to take up the extra space.  You could always ask them anyway.  Hope you have a safe drive up there and that the weather stays decent for all of us.

@pink - I know, me too. We are driving up from NC and are leaving Wednesday after exams to come halfway. I'm nervous - not only are they calling for bad weather here but that's the day we should expect our "I'm a sailor" call and we may be out in the middle of nowhere with poor reception!!!

Guess we will just keep plugging along. As one mom said, "breathe in, breathe out"!

@Mossgirl - I just don't know what to do with myself for the next few days. I don't think I've been this anxious about anything since I was kid and couldn't sleep the night before Christmas.
Comment by Mossgirl4 on January 7, 2011 at 2:47pm

Small world! Guess I should have done a better job identifying myself but I've gotten a bit paranoid about that kind of thing here... :)

Can't believe we have one week left!!! I'm adding the weather to my prayer list!
