Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

Hi Ladies, I too got a letter today. Looks like our sons are doing quite well. Mine said pretty much the same thing. He said they are doing really good and are ahead of every other division. He said they not only earned a flag for every event, but that they scored better than all of the other divisions in each event.
He also mentioned that they are NOT a grad 'n go division and will have the weekend plus Monday off for the holiday. After that they have to stay until A school starts on the 19th. His doesn't start until the 25th, so he thinks he may have time off until then.
I am so proud of our SR's. I have no doubt in my mind about them passing Battlestations. From watching the videos on Battlestations, it seems to be a team oriented test and this team, Division 47, seems to have each other's back and are proud of not only themselves, but their entire division. I tell you, I get a sense that our SR's have developed relationships that will last for years to come. On that note, I hope that once graduation is over, we continue to utilize this group as a means to keep in touch and to continue to support each other as well our SR's for years to come.
Hi moms and ladies. I also got a letter from my son today and he also said that they have a real shot at being a hall of fame division. He said training has been tough but the RDC's have not set them up for failure. he is very excited over his divisions accomlishments and said they all work together well.
he did say that the days just seem to run together and apolgized for the short letter but they are staying focused.
Im so excited for our group of kids. My youngest son and I are getting very excited about our trip and so look forward to seeing my NAVY son...
I got a letter today that said Battlestations was on the 11th, capping ceremony on the 12th! My son said they have earned every flag so far and if they get the last two for Drill Inspection and Battlestations then they will have all of them! Having all the flags will make them a Hall of Fame division and they might get extended leave after graduation!!!!!

908 could go alone or with 2 brother divisions
Here is what I have read so far regarding the schedule:

So far Div. 47 hasn't been posted yet, but it looks like they won't actually do it until next week. Hopefully we won't be in the air on our way to graduation and miss our "I'm a sailor call".
