@Ginnyfromthelake - My son says the food is pretty good.  Better than mine.  Of course I do not cook so that does not necessarily mean it is gourmet cook.  I did not set the standards very high.  He said his favorite is steak.  Got a great laugh at that because that is the last thing I ever thought the Navy would serve and he very rarely ate it when it was served at home

The parking pass that you printed it is the one that you have to fill in with pen there name and ship and div right I just want to make sure I printed the correct one because my son told me the password changed from one starting with a C to one starting with a G, The one with the G didn't work but the C one did. My son said the food is not bad and trust me he likes food. He said they have soda but they are diet or zero and they also have pink lemonade. They go to bed at between 9-10 different days and they get up between 4:15-5:15 different days. Any questions you have my son writes his girlfriend 3-4 sentences a day and mails them on sunday. And my husband and i have gotten 4 letters (5-6 sentences. So if you have any questions let me know and I can get his girlfriend or I to answer them. Pamela Jean is in our group and she gets the 4 page letters(love you Pam). Ask her questions and she will gladly answer them. Hell week was last week my letter smells like laundry softner something on his end got spilled on it and you can't read it all. But he said it wasn't that bad. Have a great day everyone and Happy New Year!

Oops!  I just caught a typo in one of my sentences.  It was supposed to read, "info. FROM their son" and not "info. FOR their son".  I'm still waiting on my new glasses to arrive so I've probably made many other errors when I've typed previously.

It's nice to hear that I'm not the only mom that hasn't been receiving a lot of info. for their son.  Maybe that's why their division is doing so well because they are very focused on the tasks at hand.  So I guess we can be extra proud of them for their accomplishments.  I found where to print out the parking passes so no one has to answer my question about that from yesterday.

Ha, ha! Insent those too and I haven't gotten any back! How is the food?

I agree.  I get most of my information also from here.  My son does not write more than 3 sentences.  I even went as far as printing out the questionaire so all he has to do is circle the answers.  At of all the ones I have sent, I only got the one back about food.

Yes, please keep sharing the info you get from your SRs. Mine doesn't write either and I scour these pages every day for news. And thank you all for sharing!

How do we print our parking passes?  I don't want to overlook any detail that will mess up PIR day.  Thanks.

I sure hope that my son is busy studying because he hasn't written!!!!!  I'm so happy when I hear that other moms are getting letters.  Please keep posting what they tell you because that's my only insight into what's going on in their division.
