I thought that the pb shot was mega antibiotics. Didn't they get that last week? I hope everyone has gotten well and ready for their final week..
My son had better of ordered those pics. I put money in his account to cover it at the beginning of boot camp. :)
It's actually supposed to snow here tonight and tomorrow. Only 1 to 2 inches. I'll believe it when I see it. It has been cold (in the teens and 20's) but no white stuff. If we actually get some everyone will probably freak out.
got some letters this week,
he also said no one in his div is a grad n go, but i had read something on the 2/11/11 group that said each div flies out or goes to Aschool the same day so that makes sence.
he said over half the div got sinus infections and high fevers after all their shots last week, he said he had been laying in bed for 3 days waiting for his fever to go down so they would let him train again.
he ordered pics and he got sassy with me because i wrote a letter saying if he forgot i was going to whoop his booty! so he made sure to tell me he ordered a whoppin 140$ worth of them.
when he called last week he told me battlestations was on 7-1 i dont know when that is but on the battlestations page they have them down for monday-tuesday so thats good that everyone will get their calls before we all leave wed or thurs(:
i know they all will pull through these last tests! this is what they have been training for the whole time and they have come so far now that its time to get this over with!!!
cant wait for next week:D crazy to say that so casually since iv been a wreck the past 50-60 some days lol!!
we will all get our hugs soon:)
KDB1 it'd be awesome if my husband was friends with your son! :)
MaGil we are almost at the end, it's almost over now! keep your head up!
MaGil...Sorry you had a rough day....It certainly has been a rollercoster of a ride of emotions. Hope tomorrow brings sunshine your way! :) Hugs {{{{ }}}}
Thanks SailorsWife. It certainly helps to have confirmation of our difficult decision not to tell our SR.
I hope my SR has made some "Pensacola Friends" before they head there. I am looking forward to getting his orders so I can understand exactly what it is he is actually gonna do.
I am glad you will keep this site open....I don't think I am gonna make it to the M&Gs going on next week :( Our travel plans don't have us getting in Chicago until late and then we have to go back to airport and pick up my SR's girlfriend. I hope we have time to mingle at PIR before ceremony. I guess the scarves will help us locate each other. I'm am getting sooooo very excited about it ALL!
Josh'smom thanks so much for the info. When I asked my husband last Wednesday when BS was he didn't give me an exact date so I'm still in the dark about everything. I'm hoping and praying for a letter tomorrow, because the next letter I get should be his orders. I hate being in the dark about everything, it kills me. Also, it's so hard not having him here but the beginning was the hardest. I didn't know how I was going to make it to the next day, and sleeping in our bed was heart aching! Now that we're a week away from leaving I'm just very impatient lol.
Josh'smom-Thanks so much for the update. I can't believe that we are getting so close. I heardt that they were doing BS on Monday/Tuesday.
