I got 2 letters today. She sounded so up beat. Said her div is having a hard time being quite so they have IT alot. They are getting the marching down slowly. She has passed her DEP and base line PT. Said she had Watch duty sunday so did not have alot of time to wrie then. They did let her write on 12-31-10 her birthday. It was longer than the one on Sunday. I feel sooooo releived. She said she was actually having fun. Her exact words. Thats my girl. I know several got letters today and yesterday congrats. For the one's who didn't they are coming.

Casey wants to finish college while in the Navy. Her last day working fastfood before leaving was "no more fast food for me"She has worked since she was 16 plus school and softball(school and travel and Vollyball in school)I am going to get a career and make some money she said. She was tired of working herself to death and bairly gettin by. Love her for stepping up and doing something to get what she wants. She wanted so much but was not sure how to get it. She researched and found that the navy was the best for her situation. It did not hurt that my grandfather was in the Navy.Shes has always been a go get it type of person. Very proud of her. Just wish I would hear something.
