My son will stay in Great Lakes for ACEF A school. He'll be there for 27 more weeks after bootcamp and then move to C school. I don't know where that is. Maybe it will be in VA which is home!
I'm really excited for him joining the Navy! It will give him so many opportunities! He is only 19 and also hopes to finish college while in the Navy. Who knows what the futer holds but it's better now than it was before!

Still no phone call or mail today. I don't expect a phone call but I'm anxious for mail! I just keep sending letters and his brothers and sister keep sending letters too. We send local newspaper clippings and sports news too. I sure hope he is getting his mail!

That is good. It is just on here we live thorugh each others calls and letters. Makes me feel all is ok in the GL world. And they do say no news is good news. If something was wrong you would def. get a call. I know it was good to hear from him though. When you get your 1st letter you have to give us what info you can. Love to hear about what they are doing.
