Hey Pocahontas: it's simplicity 4711! I will have to enlarge the pattern b/c the only one they had left was up to 18 months! And my son is wearing 2T and some 3T's! But I bought some heavy cotton(dark navy) and with my moms help hopefully it will look just like daddys!! The pattern is also for shorts/skirt, we have to make it into pants, so basically the pattern is for the collar! LOL but I am probably going to put him in thermals underneath the suit as well! I cna't be having a freezing baby!

Ladies looking for some coupons to help with expenses while at PIR check out lakecounty.org. It has hotel discounts, restaurants and others.

Michelle I am sure your son Justin would love the surprise BUT the Navy does not like surprises. They want to know by Dec 12th I think that is the correct date, if you are going to Adopt A Sailor for Christmas. If you do not have it in by then I don't believe you can take him if you just show up.

Good morning Ladies...im on a bit late this AM. I have alot to do-cleaning, laundry, go for our walk, then start cutting out my sons sailor outfit pattern! I am so excited about making his sailor suit-it's going to be very original and pretty close to the real dress blues that our sailors will wear! I'll let ya know how it turns out! LOL
