Div 034 is calling!!! I talked to my WONDERFUL hubby for 23:15 LOL yeas i know exactly how long it was! It WAS PERFECT! He sounded to good and HAPPY! Says they get beat every single day and he hates the girl drama in Div 033 and Div 034! But has made a few really good friends :) He left 10/28 weighing in at 187 and is weighing in @ 174lbs, says hes lost an inch but still has a belly LOL-i love his belly :) and of course he misses us! And he said it's not a big deal if we couldn't afford to come for Christmas...so looks like we'll wait it out until PIR! He's eating like a PIG and likes the food. He got a position as damage control, and is trying to get another spot :) he's doing great and is looking forward to weapon training on monday! WOOHOO i found out BS are on Dec 23rd!! YAY!!!

Got my second letter yesterday 11/19. NO phone calls yet. He did not date his letter but said Monday starts the beginning of week 2. Said there are so many young kids here that don't know when to shut up or how to follow directions, gets old real quick. Said he is looking forward to week 4 & 5 thats when they start simulated firing range, live fire range, fire fighting, damage control and gas chamber. Said the first test of 3 is on 11/18. IT (intense training) consists of 8 count pushups, jumping jacks, sit ups, leg raises, squats, simulated swimming, and mountain climbers, where you get on all fours and run in place. Said he really misses music. Said all the guys here are putting together a soundtrack... all the music we sing when we are bored. So far it's pretty diverse. Half of our division is female. It comes out to 80 something total per division. The compartments are split between men and women. Men get one, women get the other across the hall. Division 33 and 34 are pared.
