OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

Any one have an idea what you are going to do with your son/daughter on New Years Eve. I am sure everyplace in town will be crowded. Unless you make reservations somewhere chances are you won't get in or wait for hours. I think they still have to be back by 8:30pm that night.

DH stands for Dear Husband! Sorry I thought all of u knew that...i'll just say hubby from now on! LOL Sorry I love calling him my hubby more anyway!! I miss him :(

Christine...I am thinking the same thing. What I'll probably have my DH do is stay a night or 2 with us and then the other 2 nights report back to base. B/c we are wanting to start trying for baby #2 once we get settled and I really don't want to use up all of his vacation days just for PIR wkend. But I will also have to let DH decide if he wants to do that as well-he may not care and just want to stay with us anyway?! Who knows-this is why I want my first letter or phone call! LOL
