Every time I get a notification from this site I get so excited for the new info. And the news today was great! I got our pass printed!!! I can't wait to put a face with all the names! I want to wish everyone a safe journey! We are leaving from Idaho on Tues night. Hopefully the weather will cooperate with all the travel plans, but from the snow that has been falling here since early this morning, I'm not so sure it will:)

Hi, I'm new here. I got a call from my daughter yesterday, early afternoon. this is the first call I got from her in three weeks. She said some of the divisions did not pass some inspections so they lost there calls. She sounded up beat and was excited for this week to be over. I can not wait for the 19th also. It's nice reading all of your post.

This is going to be a long week.. I can't wait to hear from him after battlestations! Funny how you come to rely so much on something! But on the bright side we get to leave in 9 days!! YAY! I can't wait!

Well that phone call usually gets me right through the week so it will be tuff for sure but like you said, I hope we all have a very speedy and productive week and let's pray for at least 1 more call before we see our sailors! If we don't get another call, the more exciting the PIR expierence will be!!!
