Gitti - I asked my SR about the food on our last phone call.  He said it was really great, plus I guess the list the calorie counts of all the foods beside the foods, which he was really excited about too.  ???

Mail day here...it's become my favorite day of the week!  My SR finally sounds upbeat in all the letters! She has passed all of her tests so far.  Apparently loves the food because every letter said it was "yummy"..lol...but misses having candy.  Mentioned that the division flag is "really cool."  The division is still getting some IT for various things and some other SRs are getting in trouble (ASMO) for recruit to recruit contact. The only complaint was that some of the other recruits are making no team effort. Already sent a list of things to bring for the PIR weekend but still hasn't heard definite details of liberty for then.

It's funny...I sort of wish there was more...lol.  I love that there is finally more details and not the "I miss you" stuff.  There were some letters for my son and daughter but I let them open their own (even though it kills me to see them sit there til they get home).

Hi gitti-we chose the comfort suites in grayslake il, their # is 847-223-5050, they are a little further away but only like 20 minutes, it is a very nice place and worth the 20 minutes, plus it is pretty much a straight shot to the base.
