I got a call from my SR too.  I asked about the I.T. for the talking and misbehaving.  He seems to think it is getting better, but agreed, people still don't know when to keep quiet.  He said he had passed the written exam, I forgot to ask about the PI.  My daughter sent me a text message telling me I have 5 letters at home, so I will be reading the tonight and sharing any insight with everyone.  My SR also said he got measured for and ordered his dress blues and whites.  He hasn't gotten them yet.  I let him know we will all be wearing red scarves, and to stay put after PIR and I would find him.  He had other things to share too, but if I share those it might single him out.

Just got a call--about 15 minutes.  He said that they were now starting to selectively punish those out of line rather that the whole group which is good.  Sounded strong and well--they get mail Mon-Friday but apparently only can send on Sundays.  Said there was a lot of studying---did have wisdom teeth out.  Great to hear him so well!

just got off the phone with my SR.  She is doing well...sounded upbeat.  Started off crying but I insisted no tears this time and we had a great conversation!  She also said they are having trouble with girls that want to talk when they are not supposed to.  I reminded her to stay strong and that we are 1/2 way thru...and write write write is all she wants...

Got a call from my SR. He's doing alright. However he sounds down. Apparently there are a lot of guys misbehaving and they find it funny to get the others in trouble. I'm a bit concerned

my SR says it's easy but still seems homesick but other than that the majority or this group of letters she seems to finally be enjoying parts of it.

New Baltimore is about 30 min north of Detroit on Lake St Clair in the lower peninsula so we are quite a drive from Muskegon...probably the same drive as for us to boot camp

that size is what i mailed the other manilla envelope in, i think it should be ok, brad never asked for paper, i know they supply it but it is only the small note sheets. so everyone is wearing red scarves i take it?  wonder how many div are graduating on the 4th with div 060? Is your daughter liking it, as well as anyone can like boot camp?
