Okay, my son was irritated in his letter, because he's received no mail from me and I have received his package and form letter.  It made me both sad, because I have written him several letters, and amused because he's going to be shocked to get a handful of letters, when mail is finally delivered to his Ship/Div.

My husband just called me and I have a letter waiting for me at home, too.  The news made my day.  After I have a chance to get home and take a look at it, I'll let everyone know any news my SR might of shared.

The envelopes are post marked the 20th.  I live in Michigan (5-6 hrs away).  She didn't mention the division itself. The only thing I see relating to any other in her division is "the girls are all funny" and most of them aren't used to the snow...lol.  She wrote more about her daily experiences. And the food is good, rack is not comfortable, boots hurt her feet, and the letters had happy/good points and some miss you points.

This is great news gitti!  Can you tell us what date they were mailed and about where you live?  Any comments about others in the Division---general health of the SR's---anything more!!!

I, too, am hoping for a letter this week.  I missed my SR terribly over the weekend, because we celebrated our immediate family Christmas.  I am hoping GL does something special for our SRs that day.

Nothing yet.  His Mom got the form letter and it must have said about the grad and go.She has promised to let me know if she has any word at all.  I too hoping that this week or Christmas might bring us some news.

Hi. I haven't received anything but the form letter either.  Hoping for something this week or a call on Christmas.

I got word that my SR knew already that he was grad and go.  That seemed very early to know.  He is going to Pensacola for A school to be a Boatswain's mate. It is aviation I think.  Sure to wish I knew how things were going!  He is a very funny bright fellow, when they are allowed to talk he will make them laugh I am sure!
