Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed.  Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.

**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.

**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:

In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

True , but we and they are stronger, and I am very much hoping communication will be more satisfying and frequent and we can resume other interests.  You can get through this with integrity.  We can be strong for one another as best we can.Remember how stressful all of this has been and cut yourself some slack. I am looking forward to what is next!

I hope everyone who has loved ones from this division and PIR 2/4/11 has found that pir group and will communicate there.  How fortunate to have seen them through the last 8 weeks. Whew....

loha to all!  So so excited for everyone.  Hawaii is lovely but I want to be in Chicago!  Charity....thanks so much for your offer to get some pics!  I think my SR has won an honor for Ship 11 Div 060 and will be recognized at the ceremony!I will try to call you later if I cannot figure out how to message you.  Oh everyone be ever so careful---have a wonderful time---and if you should see my Seaman---from Maine---getting an honor---just tell him how proud Betsy is!

Everything is getting cleared up here in Chicago. Flights should be back on schedule tomorrow. Its ALL GOOD:~)Its BEAUTIFUL! This is a whole new experence for this southern gal! LOL !   Safe travels to everyone.

adim060--- message me your e-mail and or cell phone number as well as your Sailors name and i will make sure that my Sailor introduces us and we will get you some pics. Im sorry you cant make it I know thats hard but I soooo understand. And im sure your son does as well.

Yes...safe flights and drives to all....we are hoping most of the snow will be cleaned of the highways for our travels on Thursday morning..but if 6 1/2 hrs turns to 12 hrs...I will still make it...just got to figure out how to keep my 9yr old happy for that long...

so Hawaii sounds much nicer than this ice here in OHIO! were driving to PIR so i"m sure we will have a longer drive than the norm in getting there, I hope all who is driving has a safe trip and all flying that the flights will all arrive safe as well,

We will just have to snap off pics of any sailor we see in our division and we should be able to get one for you. Hawaii does sounded nicer than the weather here but I'm sure that doesn't matter right now.
