@Floss89 - from what I understand the day of BS is more of a relaxed day since all of their other tests have been completed. Probably cleaning and chores. Maybe a drill for PIR - no napping or resting though...they will be busy just not crazy busy.

Diana: such a GREAT analogy... yep, childbirth with her took, oh 22 hours. They wouldn't let me leave the hospital floor so I walked back and forth, back and forth. I think I memorized all the pictures and posters copywrite dates and publication companies!

Lonnie: Like I told my daugther in my response letter, from her letter when she seriously was told she may be pulled and put on meds, She/He has the best care right now. The Navy wants strong and healthy Sailors. And we as moms want that well before anything else, including PIR dates or simulation tests. We want our children healthy. Glad your feeling better and now that he is on meds, he is too. :O)

Dee - Come to think of it I had one friend way back when who called me "Di Doll"...I liked that one. Did I tell you guys I am actually taking Monday afternoon off so I don't miss my call? I get really bad cell reception in my office so I said - 2pm I'm OUT! Fortunately my boss is a great guy and he doesn't mind. The trouble I have now is - the 952 moms aren't sure WHEN BS21 is! It's either Sunday or Tuesday depending on who you go by. So I'll leave at 2 on Monday and if I don't get a call.....leave at 2 on Weds! Yikes!

Kelly Metz - it sounds like you described childbirth...and isn't this who process kind of like that?

Thanks Dee for the group hug! I needed that and I wouldn't trade our Div moms for nothing:) I will be saying lots of prayers for BS starting tonight! Hang in there ladies, you guys have raised strong young men and women, if they've made it this far they're not about to stop now!! I am soo proud of our division and their families, GO 365!!!!!

@ Floss - Don't worry, after all he's been through, I'm sure he'll be just fine:)

HEYYYY you ladies need to stop doing this to me.. ROFL.. I said I was NOT going to sign on here during the work day; wait til tonight is what I said. And HERE I am... with the internet tab opened! LOL

Floss: you made me laugh with the whole blood thing and baking??? What the heck! I can hardly gt dressed complete in the morning because of my breaks in concentration and your baking!! Liked the whole 1:00pm meeting. I mean come on, do our workplaces not want to show their patrotisim by not letting us go crazy when we get THE CALL? And oh your poor sister..... my grandma used to call me "di di" and only my friends call me "Di". otherwise it is what Diana 952 says.. no shorter versions.

Kelly: how I wish we could all do a Skype call and help eachother get over this 7 day hump for sure! Hang on darlin.. they, and we are in the home stretch!!!

Diana 952: Yep! Diana 952 & Diana 365...Love it! I will still have to put "Dee" on my nametag but since I do like my name... it's a great name.. ROFL.. I didn't want others to think I was you. For you ARE the big cheese in my book because without you dear the forum might not have gotten started.

WhooHoo NavyAunt.. Congrads on the reservation!!!!

Okay... check phone.. nope, nothing yet. darn, gotta get back to work! :O)
