OMGoodness Kelly I feel the same way. I am so excited can't focus on work! I don't know if I am going to be able to sleep tonight either! Keeping my phone in my hand in one hand and trying to work with the other....lol!

Lonnie- 3 days is usally how long it takes anitbiotic to kick in. And, just to let you know, after my son said"hello" the next thing I said was" why are you calling?" I went from high to low to high again in the space of a heart beat.
I got a short letter from him yesterday. Still sounded up beat. They only thing he asked for besides the sweets was his book he was reading before he left for BC.
Dee- there is a possiblity that I have to go to a meeting at 1:00 tomorrow. I'm just gonna tell them" hey if my phone rings, I'm answering it and plug your ears if I start screaming"
Dee and Diana- its a name thing. My sisters name is Diana and she has always went by DeeDee due to the fact that my oldest sister pronounced her name diarrehea.

This time next week I will be in a whirl wind of baking and packing!
Aprox 12 hours til BS!!!
OMG- I forgot I know "victims are dummies" but does anyone know if they have fake blood on them? My son has passed out at the site of blood before. He gets really nausiated. Do they have seperate teams for medical? He has worked though it when his sister got hurt by he was white a sheet and in cold sweats when he finally got her taken care of. She sliced her finger open. no stiches or glue was needed to patch her up. Like I really need one more thing to worry about! He has never liked horror movies.

Oh Dee - Please, I am by no means #1 or the head cheese! I think I was just the one who got the pages going for all of us! This is a group effort and without all of us - none of us would be so strong! How about calling me Diana 952 and I'll call you Diana 365? I'll even put that on my name tag! Sound like plan? PS - I've never had a nickname either....must be something about the Diana name.... :-)

Good morning ladies... yet one day closer. EVERYONE in my household is feeling it. Snippy, short tempered and chipper, all in the same day! My son is wearing his ribbon to HS today and all the way thru to Wed. and says "Just let one teacher or kid say take it off and I'll show them take it off". Those are the words, although said in unproper ways..lol. Just makes me soo proud of my other kids, oldest one puts his sister and all the well wishes he has for her in his daily blog. PIR 11.12 talked about this a few days ago about how the younger kids and siblings of these recruits go through their own excitment and stress and fear for their brother/sister/uncle/dad etc.

Glad you are feeling better Lonnie and hey, you are STUCK with us, no matter when he does BS, and much as your son will ALWAYS feel connected to 365. (group hug)

And Diana (@ the M&G how about if i call you #1 and I'll be #2. hmm maybe not) :O) Never in my life have I gone by Dee, until joining here, so was probably a sign to me from the beginning on who is the head cheese out here. LOL But yes, you can count on us to post something when we get THE CALL....Told my boss yesterday that I cannot be alone in the office Thurs/Fri because when I get that call I am outta there! Too many people to call, FB, email and text with the good news!!!!!

Have them cell phones ready ladies and I pray I can even get one bit of work done today! SOO EXCITING..

Weather: Not bad.... cold for all you warm weathered ladies but really not bad. Crisp, Fall Day.

Hey 365! I just wanted to let you know I will being saying extra prayers for your SR's tonight as they go through BStations! I can't wait to see that you've gotten your "I'm a Sailor" Call!!!

Can you do me a favor perhaps? Once you start getting those calls, would you pop over to the PIR 11/12 group and post there as well? I really think the group would benefit from seeing how uplifting those calls are and help them through the hump while they (I) wait for our calls!

Hope you all have a great day! Diana (a great name, or so I've been told :-) )

Thank you guys so much for your comforting words and support, it really means so much! I know he hates not being able to BS21 with his Division! As a mom, you're used to fixing things and with BC you're just kinda helpless. I guess now I know why I haven't been getting letters! lol I will try to look on the bright side though, at least he's not PIR'd on a different date!!!!

I will be cheering on 365 for BS tomorrow night!!
GO 365:) HOOYAH
