Okay, so here is a question.... do the different divisions just graduate together or are they bunking/working/eating with the other divisions.? Hope it's not a stupid question... Just that another division from ship 11 got calls today because "they past their test".

HOOYAH DIVISION 365!! I got phone call this morning too....I too was surprised and glad to hear her voice and she does sound so much better! Very upbeat! Sounded healthy and happy. She bought a flat iron for her hair. She also had time to call the grandparents but my mother missed her call and my stepmother missed her call talking to me!!! I feel so bad :-( but she left them messages and they were happy with that!

Lonnie'sMom- I too asked about your son and she said that he and everyone in division is doing fine.

Kelly- gave her your recruit's name and told her to give the extra card that is coming in the mail to him. She said she would if they let her; nevertheless, I will still send him mail.

Dee- hahaha..lol and smiling! I am so glad that you went back to get your phone!! I am thrilled and tickled that our girls are going to Chapel tomorrow. Please e-mail me the name of the recruit who is not receiving mail.

Letzfly- she said that she introduced herself to your recruit and talks to him often. She asked him did he know our moms are on the the Navy Moms website...lol.

Big sigh.....this turned out to be a great weekend!

WAY TO GO DIV 365 FOR PASSING YOUR RDC TEST AND GETTING TO CALL HOME!!!!!!!! And thank goodness as I left to go grocery shopping I forgot my cell phone and had to walk BACK into the house! Was sooo nice to hear her laughing and giggling. They are working well together, not perfect but a BIG improvement from two weeks ago. They are able to buy stuff like SHAMPOO (the lever 2000 was jsut not doing it for her) and their choice of toothpaste.

Lady: she is going to Chapel with your recruit tomorrow since we talked and she doesn't have to write me.

Lonnies mom: she said two boys were on crutches but not anymore and everyone is healthy & motivated.. and of course you got a call anyway telling you he was fine..LOL She said Div 366 aren't so lucky with sickness/injury.

And she told me one female recruit is receiving no mail so if anyone wants to send me a personal message I will give you her name/story. Div 365 moms unite!

And today was taco day! And I'm eating leftover tuna.. go figure.. LOL.. Somehow though I don't mind paying my federal taxes anymore. :O) Personally, I'm good now until beginning of November... I truly know she will be fine and will soon get over her fear of the academic part of basic!

Finally we got a letter today! He had forgot to put a stamp on it but the post office was nice enough to send it on!! Sounded really good, said their division is the first ones marching in at graduation so to watch for him! Said the letters help so much so keep them coming! It's such a relief to hear from him:)

I GOT 3 LETTERS TODAY!! HooYah! One envelope had other envelopes (letters) for both of her grandmothers...lol. She said she is still struggling with tests but she is doing much better (emotionally). Had two fillings and they gave her arches for her boots.

Said she is staying in IL for 4 wks. after PIR. She doesn't say anything about Div., fellow recruits, etc. Letters were really short but I keep reading them over and over like books...lol.

Dee- I still sent her stamps in case she wanted to write someone else or someone in Div. need stamps.

Well like I mentioned.. my recruit says the mail is REALLY slow and they seem to be a week behind on my letters she is responding about but I will mention it in my next letter about your son.. "do you know anything about the boy on crutches" Lets hope she does not respond which one? You probably will get a letter from him way before I get a response.

I never thought of that Lady....the whole SASE.. I just drop a book of stamps every so often in one of the cards. LOL. Her brother sent a couple of bigger sheets of paper to write on and they let her use it! I personally like the Navy Staionary.. makes me all proud.. :O) And she had a friend who PROMISED she would send her a rundown of her fav TV show... who never even asked me for the address. :O( So I'm going to do that myself.. the episode recap.. thanks for the idea!
