Dee- I am not sure but I believe my recruit's A school is in IL in which case she may have to move after graduation. I too am hoping she is not a grad n go. Knowing her she will probably want to catch up on TV shows, news, e-mails, friends, etc.

Thanks Holly.
I haven't been home yet to get the mail but I will post if I recieved anything.
Don't know about our kids, but I'm thinking " yes, I can do this!"

We will probably just spend time together wandering around Chicago or hang out at the motel. I truely hope Brian is not a Grad and go.

So ladies.. wondering what kinds of things you and your new and improved sailor will be doing AFTER graduation on Friday. They have to be back on base by 8:00pm from what I am told.

Hi ladies. How is everyone doing? I am so excited....they are more than half way through bootcamp!! Did anyone else receive a "Welcome to the Navy Family" letter from the Navy? I was surprised to find it in the mail yesterday, I thought the first letter was the only letter we were going to receive from the Navy.

Made our reservations at the Navy Lodge. Coming from a state that taxes you to death, it was nice not to have to pay take for our room.
30 days and counting ladies to see our kiddos!

Does any one know where you go to order the division shirts? Do we have one for our division? I saw that other divisions with our same PIR date ordered t-shirts.

Hi everyone, I heard you were looking for me lol. I feel so special :-) I guess you have heard about the ribbons I make. If you would like info to order some just send me a friend request and I will send you the info. Here are some sample pics. Thanks for finding me. I also make them for families to wear when their sailor's ship comes back from tour so remember me when you are ready to go to your first welcome home party.
