OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Well ladies and gentlemen....this ride is coming to an end. Please keep your arms and legs in the car until it is fully at a stop and the bar is raised (or opened - I'll have a vodka tonic please) before getting up and moving forward. As with all roller coaster rides, we have all had our ups and downs, but the best part of these rides is we all got on together and we all end up at the same place. The ride is no where near as fun when you do it alone and I am so grateful I met each and every one of you - even if it was just to say hi!

I want to stop and thank JessicaB, Diannep and my good friend Lynne from 11/5 for all of their help and support throughout this process. I could not have done it without them!

BRAVO ZULU Navy Moms, Wives, Fiances, Girlfriends, Husbands and every other family member and friend who went through this with us! Job Well Done!
