Ok ladies- BS is officially over, now it's just the wait for the "I'm a Sailor" call!

@ Dee- let me know how the dog in the backpack goes cause I have one to stick in my son's backpack! LOL

Dee - I so can't wait to meet you!!!! I have four dogs to worry about when we leave tomorrow, none of them are my sons... But we have a very good friend who will be coming over to take care of them. The sad (funny) part though is I will be just as worried about them while we are gone as I have been about my son going through boot!!!!

And I'm sure they won't notice a pupper in the black backpack....I feel like I've been off work all week, even thought I've been here. I can honestly say I've gotten nothing accomplished! Oh well, this will only happen one time for me so they will just have to deal with it! Fortunately my boss is one laid back guy, with a son who was in the Marines so he truly understands where I am right now....

Ladies! This has been a incredible journey....thanks for riding along!

(deep breath) Okay ladies.. homestretch.... And we already won't see one back online cause she is probably in the airport setting off all kinds of alarms because of all her "proud momma" pins.. Lady was the first of us to leave for GL. And YESSSSS eventhough I may only be an hour away, I do have lots to do. Have 3 dogs to get over to whereever.., one being my daughters purse dog.. which has been THE WORST in this process. You think they would notice if I stuck him in her Black Backpack. Not sure if I can handle him another 4 years! LOL And I have to get my oldest from the train station.. who unlike his sister.. Still has me paying for everything. Except his tutition.. so guess he is kinda responsible.. (rolling my eyes).

But have to say.. the excitement in me wishes I too would have just called off work today. I had the time (shrug) but really would like to use my two last days to fly out on a weekend to visit her @ A School. I am just so excited to get time AWAY from work and dogs and home and do nothing but listen to boot camp stories while drinking coffee.. and admiring what a beautiful woman she has become.

I have this new saying... "What hubby and I have been trying to do in 7 years, the Navy did in 7 weeks". Guess it always makes more sense when it comes from someone else. :O) I won't be on throughout the day because I do have to at least get payroll done for my drivers so good luck to all packing and watching the last BS groups moms getting their calls. My prayers of contentment, calmness and a good nights rest for all.

Lonnie'smom- I hear ya...my daughter asked me to check her account because she tried to order t-shirts, "yearbook", etc. I was like.....what?? Usually she ask me or grandparent to do it. Wonderful feeling, huh? I am here with you tonight while I'm packing

@ Lady-thanks for keeping the lights on! lol No more postponing now, this is it! My son told me today that he had ordered everything from BC, pictures, yearbook, Div stuff, etc so I told him I was glad and that we would give him some money on the stuff when we got up there... He said no mom I got it, I've got alot of money in my account! ROFL He is definately not the same boy that needed gas money everyday:)
