Having more than one mom is awesome!  I have 4: Mom, Step Mom, MIL (tho we don't speak) and my friend's mom Lisa who "adopted" me.  She tells everyone I'm her daughter and my friend tells everyone I'm her sister :)

Our baby will be blessed with many wonderful and loving grandparents and great-grandparents!

Had my prenatal today on base with the new midwife and it went great!  She said all of the tests were perfect, uterus is where it should be (just below belly button) baby's heart rate was great at 160.  She said it's a very perfectly healthy pregnancy :)

To Zach's mom and step-mom:  How blessed he is, to have TWO women who care so much about him!!!  Many have none, most have one.  Your son has two!  I only hope he realizes how very blessed he is!

We'll be at the Navy Inn.  I have recieved no letter, no call.  My son is on my heart and mind so strongly today.  This old mom is having a difficult day.  Just when I think I've got it whupped.....good thing I bought waterproof mascara.  If I'm like this now, I'll be hopeless at PIR!!!

Was reading some of the info about PIR:  be careful hugging because of the white uniforms, no hand holding, they may get duty right after PIR so that we can't see them.  Brought it home that my son belongs to the US Navy now...Bittersweet.
