I got two letters, mailed Tues 5/31, received in San Diego Thurs 6/2 written with RTC paper and envelopes. Letter 1, 5/29: - "Things are hard here, I'm not gonna lie. Every day is a 16 hr day and…Continue

Oh does anyone know when the final PFA is?
There was something else I was gonna google but I can't remember that. Ugh, pregnancy brain!
Lisa- LOL yeah. I think he said that because the RTC person who took the picture said, "no thank you [so-and-so's] Mom for answering the question!" You're right, I AM so-and-so's Mom, but I think they said J's name there and I'm not his Mom lol. I guess J didn't tell the div it was me lol. He would know better than to think it was his Mom who won because she doesn't use the internet much at all let alone FB.
NYRican- I guess a lot of SR's take off their glasses for pictures because they don't want to look ugly LOL. So he's going to be a CTI? J almost went for that because he really wanted to be a CT (but a CTT or CTN) I'm glad he didn't because I think HM is a better fit for him. But the bright side of really long A schools is their DEP time + RTC + A school all goes towards their active duty requirement. Whether he does the min or loves it and goes career, either way it's that much closer :)
Willsmom- try using Firefox. I had that same problem when using IE, but N4M works just fine for me on Firefox. It's free to download if you don't have it already
Rackie- I'll definitely be praying, but it's not over yet, miracles can happen!!
I am SO HAPPY that they got the Drill flag! That makes 4!!! (Scholastic, Fitness, Star (compartment inspection) and Drill. I hope they can make honor div that would be so awesome! I am SO DANG PROUD of how they are doing!
I was going to say something else, but now I can't remember...
Two are better than one, for they have a good reward for their labor, for if they fall, the one will lift up his neighbor. But woe to him who is alone when he falls, for he has not another to lift him up. Eccl 4:9-10
I've been reading this over and over.. You oh Lord is our everlasting God, thank You for comforting me in this great time of need..
Wilsmom:thank you so much!
Do you not know?
Have you not heard?
The LORD is the everlasting God,
the Creator of the ends of the earth.
He will not grow tired or weary,
and his understanding no one can fathom.
He gives strength to the weary
and increases the power of the weak.
Even youths grow tired and weary,
and young men stumble and fall;
but those who hope in the LORD
will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint.
Isaiah 40:28-31
