OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

TickledTink

Did you get the form letter with the correct address?

But then, I know that he feels even worse :(

I'm having a really down day :(

Still haven't gotten a call from DH and I got home from being in TX for two weeks to see that I haven't gotten a letter from him yet, either.  And even worse, the first letter I sent him with the address formatted the way his recruiter gave me was returned!  I went through his box and just felt really sad. :(

sorry...Rackie...seems the only way I know to get there is to go to the PIR 7/8/11 site, then follow diannep's battlestations link.  It will take you to a group forum, but also posted there is a the link below that for some reason will not take you to the pdf file page unless you go to that site!  It works there, but not when I copy the link.  Hmmm....now, I admit, I am not the most computer savvy person aboard!  lol
