My "reassuring" husband reminded me that he maybe my baby, but he's still a guy! And that no news is good news.....

My daughter told me the division is split 50/50. She also said 5 or 6 had already been sent home, but she didn't say if they were male or female. They do most of their training in the "male" compartment, but it's right across the hall from hers. She said the weather was really bad. They had 2 tornado warnings the first week that scared her. Now it's just hot and muggy. Hang in there jma1216! Everyone knows females are more "verbal" than males! lol You will get a letter soon I'm sure. If not, at least you have news from those close to him on here.

I beginning to think my son is only boy in a division of girls ! The down side of this is that it appears girls are better letter writers! Still waiting on my first!

No letters today ! He said on the form letter he had 3 letters for his girl, waiting for Sunday to mail. I know they didn't go out until Tuesday, and we're in Atlanta, but I want a letter so bad! I don't care if it for her, me, my daughter, just a letter from him!

Got 2 letters today. She sounds so happy and strong. She is working hard and likes her bunk mate. Maybe I can find her bunk mates mom here. My daughter is Katrina. Let me know if it's you!

I got a letter yesterday so depending on where you are you may get it today or tomorrow. My daughter said they can receive letters everyday but can only write on Sundays.

Has anyone received a letter yet? I feel like I'm stalking the mailman but I'm so darn anxious to hear from him.
