Has anyone else NOT received a phone call from their SR? I'm probably being paranoid, but I really miss him. He's my youngest. Can you tell? LOL
Though our phone company we have the ability to have our home phone calls forwarded to our cell phones. If I were you I would look into if your phone company has the same ability. I know it has made it alot easier to go out knowing that I will not miss a call from him.
I know alot of N4M's are wearing their t-shirt to PIR, and some to the Meet n greet. I don't know....I would really like to wear it to both :) I like the idea someone had of us getting a group picture.
I love the idea of a group picture! I just have a feeling I won't make it in time for the picture. We are leaving on the 15th, probably around 10 or 11 in the morning, and it will take 10 hours to drive there since we live in Grand Island Nebraska. And I'm not even sure where we are staying. I think its either Comfort Inn or Days Inn, all I know is that its about 1.5 miles away from RTC.
And I might wear mine to PIR, it would sure put a smile on my SR's face, thats for sure! (:
Well me and my son Michael wil be driving up from Oklahoma on the 14th and staying at Navy lodge. I have never been to Chicago and we wanted see somethings. Maybe you could let us know where to go?
I haven't heard anything from my son in a week. Only letters - no phone call. Mine was having trouble with inspections so maybe thats why he didn't call. He did say a lot of the guys think they are at summer camp and not boot camp. Mine's trying to stay under the radar. I just hope he calls this week.
I'm hoping to get a letter this week too. I hope you get a phone call this week mikesmom. Are you able to forward your home phone to your cell phone if you have to go out?
Remember lady's tomorrow is trivia Tuesday 10 central. And they giv a hint like 2-3min before the trivia question is given.
I'm so doing the trivia! Make sure you give your answer right away too! The girl who got it last week posted the answer within TWO SECONDS. Ya gotta be really quick I guess lol
