Gosh, I have this nervous, anxious pit in my stomach. I'll be so glad when I'm seated in the drill hall waiting for the ceremony to begin. Just 2 more days...:-)

Wow, It sounds like we all have the same questions about life after PIR. It would be great to keep in touch via posting here or facebook. Can't wait for Thursday! I have to go pick something out to wear. :)

Just for clarification...I have heard that some of the boys have told us BS is 28th, and some say 29th, does anyone possibly know for sure?

So thankful everyone feels the same way. Hope you all have a great day. My husband is taking me down to the beach to relax for a while. Next week will be hectic but exciting. Can't wait. Our boys will soon be sailors.

Carolinagirl, I was thinking the same thing. How when I get home I will be once again lost. I'm so glad we will all stay in touch after. Sounds like a wonderful plan. We are all so connected now..your right Docsangel, doesn't matter where are boys are we can still support each other.
KylesMom the only call I know about is the one we may receive Wed. morning after battle stations. (I'm a Sailor call). That post the other day also said sometimes they don't or can't call if battle stations is the day before PIR. So I am trying to remind myself of that saying someone told me early on....In the Navy no news is good news. :)
