Thank You I will go back to PIR 7/1 and look. I won't be at meet n greet at Ramada as I don't land at Ohare until 6:30pm on the 30th. I am staying at Navy Lodge. Can I just get the bands and pay you at PIR since we will all be sitting near each other? Not sure how I will find you but we'll figure it out :)

Robsproudmom- Oh ok,that makes sense. We are from WV and are flying into O'Hare on the 30th and are staying in downtown Chicago on Michigan Ave. Is everyone meeting at the graduation from this group? Im kinda new so I'm not 100% up to date on everything, sorry :) But if they did get them in time, I would be more than willing to pay shipping for me. Thanks again!

Got a letter today!!! Best day of each week and it keeps me hanging on! He sounded good, had to have 2 root canals done :(. That coupled with the flu, my poor love! He says they have been very, very busy. He can't wait to take a "real" shower and have a good dinner that lasts longer than 15 minutes :)! Otherwise, he says he will have a lot of good stories about boot camp when we see each other. Mostly, he talks about plans we need to make for housing and our little guy who is on the way ( I am due in September with our first baby!). We truly have so many things to take care of so it has been wonderful to get support here from you wonderful ladies! Sometimes I feel like time is working against us when all I want is to be able to be with him again, get married, get settled, and start enjoying our little growing family! Many blessings to each of you and your Sailors :).

I also read posts in the PIR 7/1/10 discussion group, and want to bring attention to a discussion forum on that page that is titled PIR, Liberty, Parking, etc.. a must read for all of you that have not already stumbled across it. It has a lot of info I was not aware of. It even states rules about public displays of affection not being allowed or at least, what is and isnt allowed! Plus Grab n Go info.

I will definately try to find out if R is from Indiana or NY. The other boys nick name is Big Cat :) My son's letter from last week is so funny about these two. Apparently they make him laugh :) My letter this week will hopefully be here tomorrow. All those bands are for my children who can't come to GL with me(4). I know they will treasure having them. The rest are for me, my hubby and parents :: Thanks so much!!

Welcome new moms and sister. This is my favorite time of the week. My letters usually come on Thursday but I love hearing about yours. Robsproudmom - I would like 6 of the bands if possible. I would love to give my 2 grandsons something to make them think of their dad. 2 weeks from today and we will be at GL. I feel like a little kid waiting for Christmas Eve. I know I will not be able to sleep the night before we leave and that's not gonna be fun. We have to be at the airport by 5:30AM........I am not an early morning person but I know it will all be worth it.
